Role & responsibilities: Understanding the client, conducting competitor and allied industry research. Source potential candidates through headhunting, networking & social media. Conduct primary assessment of interested candidates - functional fitment to the role. Coordinating with candidates for scheduling detailed assessment, interview coordination, follow ups and building relationships during the hiring process. Provide support during the selection process Maintain candidate database Prepare candidate reports, market summary and similar collaterals to be shared with clients. Participate in any other inhouse company project as & when required.

Position: Executive/Administrative Assistant Location: Aundh, Pune Joining: Immediate Position Overview We seek a highly organized, proactive, situationally aware & committed Executive/Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership . This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentation decks Handle confidential correspondence and communications Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Process expense reports and manage budgets Administrative Operations Maintain client documentation and invoice-payment updates Coordinate meeting logistics for client presentations and internal strategy sessions Manage office supplies and vendor relationships Handle phone calls and route inquiries appropriately Support recruitment activities and candidate scheduling Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate environment preferred Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with project management tools Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx) Database management experience preferred Core Competencies Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion with confidential information Ability to work independently and anticipate needs Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Professional demeanor with clients and stakeholders Working Conditions Full-time work from office.
