To generate qualified opportunities for senior consultants by identifying, researching, and engaging potential CXO/decision-maker leads across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Consumer sectors. The role is focused on top-of-funnel creation and first-touch engagementwarming up prospects and setting up discovery conversations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research & ProspectingBuild and maintain a database of potential accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.Segment leads based on industry (BFSI, Manufacturing, Consumer businesses).Outreach & EngagementRun structured outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone.Use Terragni playbooks and scripts to pitch initial conversations.Secure discovery meetings for senior consultants.Lead Qualification and ScoringAssess basic fit (industry, size, business priorities).Identify pain points (customer churn, sales productivity, digital friction, employee engagement).Document insights in CRM.Content NurturingShare curated Terragni case studies, nudges, and behavioral science thought-pieces with prospects.Track engagement and follow-up.CRM DisciplineMaintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in CRM.Provide weekly reports on activity, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
