Inside Sales Executive

An IT Inside Sales Executive sells technology products/services remotely (phone/email), focusing on identifying leads, understanding client tech needs, presenting solutions, managing the sales cycle in a CRM, hitting targets, and building customer relationships, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and product knowledge to drive B2B growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively prospect (cold calling, emails) and qualify leads for IT solutions.
• Needs Analysis: Understand unique business challenges and map them to the company's tech offerings (software, cloud, etc.).
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the process from initial contact to closing deals, including demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• CRM Management: Accurately log all activities, customer data, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Customer Relationship Building: Nurture leads and existing clients through follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B inside sales, ideally in IT/tech.
• Excellent verbal & written communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g.Salesforce) and MS Office.
• A Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing often preferred).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
