About Us Globus Accounting is a US-focused accounting and tax services firm delivering end-to-end solutions including tax filing, bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and advisory services for individuals and businesses across the United States. We are expanding our sales team to support our growing client base. Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to engage inbound and outbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert prospects into long-term clients. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators and comfortable selling professional services to US-based clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on warm and cold leads via phone, email, and CRM Present Globus Accounting’s services clearly and confidently to US clients Understand client needs and recommend suitable accounting, tax, and compliance solutions Schedule consultations and close sales independently Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Coordinate with operations and tax teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and data confidentiality Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B/B2C sales (US market preferred) Strong spoken and written English communication skills Confidence in handling US clients over phone and virtual meetings Ability to explain services and pricing clearly Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in remote work environments Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, or financial services is an advantage Experience using CRM tools and dialers is a plus What We Offer: Fixed service fee + attractive performance-based commissions Weekly or monthly payout structure (as applicable) Complete sales enablement: scripts, data, dialer, email infrastructure, and training Long-term career growth with a rapidly expanding US accounting firm Supportive management and transparent performance metrics Ideal Candidate Profile: Comfortable working US shifts Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills Ethical, professional, and client-focused mindset Looking for long-term stability and growth in a professional services environment
