experienced US telesales / inside sales professionals

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to
US-based prospects
using CRM and auto-dialer
Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns and referrals
Pitch professional services including:

US Individual & Business Tax Filing
Tax Planning & Tax Saving Strategies
Bookkeeping and Accounting Services

Qualify prospects and
close sales OR book qualified appointments
Follow up with interested prospects and manage the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow compliance standards

What Were Looking For

Mandatory Skills

Excellent English communication with
US voice experience
Proven background in
US telesales / inside sales / international BPO
Comfortable working
US night shifts
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Target-driven mindset with ethical sales approach

Preferred Skills

Experience in US tax, accounting (Optional), insurance, financial, or legal sales (Optional we will traing you)
Familiarity with CRM, VOIP, and auto-dialers
Prior experience handling US customers
