JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the medical device or dermatology/aesthetics or pharma industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Medical Device Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals like dermatologist, cosmetologist, plastic surgeons and institutions. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our medical aesthetics device products in the market. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the medical device market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the medical device market. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dermatologists, cosmologist, plastic surgeons. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry. Experience with market research and analysis. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. We're looking for an experienced Graphics Designer who has crafted visual identities for brands in apparel, skincare, fashion , or dermatology , especially those launched from scratch. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Brand Collateral & Visual Identity Develop and maintain cohesive visual identity across all brand touchpoints—digital and print. Design high-quality assets including packaging, brochures, presentations, POS materials, and clinic signage. Own and evolve brand guidelines—typography, color palettes, icons, imagery, and branding templates. Social Media & Content Design Create scroll-stopping visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, stories, carousels, and infographics. Adapt global campaign visuals for localized social media storytelling. Collaborate with copywriters, medical specialists, and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign narratives. Product & Treatment Graphics Design visually clear and polished diagrams, infographics, and creative layouts explaining medical devices & IV infusion wellness benefits. Ensure quality control over imagery and design—even in high-pressure, tight-deadline scenarios. Keep abreast of global trends in wellness, aesthetics, packaging, and content creation. ✅ Who You Are 3+ years in graphic design roles—specializing in wellness, skincare, fashion , medical aesthetics , or dermatology . Hands-on experience building visual identities from ground zero for launch-phase brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign — plus video support tools like Premiere/After Effects (desired). Strong understanding of layout design, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to convert complex medical content into clear, visually engaging assets . Detail-oriented with a high sense of aesthetics, strong visual judgment, and brand consistency focus. Excellent time management and communication skills.
