Job Description

In this role, you will lead and manage a team of sales representatives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. You will also be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials are also part of your role. Additionally, you will conduct market research, attend industry conferences and trade shows, and provide feedback to the product development team. Training and mentoring new sales representatives, negotiating contracts and pricing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring sales performance metrics are essential tasks. You will need to develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, coordinate with the logistics team for timely product delivery, and prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
