Brand Manager & Social Media Strategist


🌟 What You'll Do

Brand Building & Positioning

  • Lead 360-degree brand strategy, including identity development, narrative, visual storytelling, and tone of voice.
  • Spearhead product and service launches, working closely with founders, creative, design, and medical teams.
  • Develop unique positioning for both

    medical aesthetics devices

    and

    IV infusion protocols

    tailored to different audience cohorts (luxury wellness, dermatology clinics, preventive care, etc.).
  • Work closely with dermatologists and clinical partners to build a credible, medically-backed wellness image.


Social Media Strategy & Content Leadership

  • Own the entire social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging wellness platforms.
  • Ideate and execute monthly content calendars — from education-led reels and before/after case studies to influencer and UGC collaborations.
  • Write impactful content (short-form + long-form) that aligns with the brand's tone — medical yet aspirational, clean yet high-conversion.
  • Oversee shoots, visual content curation, and post-production in sync with medical aesthetics branding.


Go-to-Market Campaigns

  • Design and execute launch campaigns — new IV drips, skin machines, or clinic collaborations.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create conversion-friendly campaigns.
  • Create digital toolkits for clinics, doctors, and partners to co-market the brand.


Influencer & KOL Partnerships

  • Build authentic relationships with skinfluencers, fashion creators, wellness bloggers, and dermatologists.
  • Lead barter + paid influencer campaigns with measurable KPIs.


Brand Monitoring & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance, social insights, and community feedback.
  • Track brand sentiment and optimize messaging and design based on data and trends.


✅ What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of brand & digital strategy experience

    , preferably in skincare, fashion, dermatology, or wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of

    launching brands/products from scratch

    and building strong digital identities.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility — able to guide designers and photographers with visual direction.
  • Understanding of

    medical skincare, wellness protocols, and/or dermatology clinics

    is a huge plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and social copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with Instagram trends, reels, AI-based content tools, analytics dashboards, and influencer marketing.
  • A self-starter, multi-tasker, and someone who thrives in a

    startup culture

    .


💼 Bonus Skills
  • Previous experience working in

    health-tech, aesthetics, D2C wellness, or skincare startup

    .
  • Relationships with micro and macro influencers in wellness/beauty space.
  • Experience working with doctors, medical content, or regulated industries.
