Job Description

As a Medical Device Sales Manager at S" thetx, you will play a vital role in leading a team of sales representatives and driving the growth of our medical aesthetics device products in the market. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions - Managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction - Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials - Conducting market research to identify potential customers and competitors - Providing feedback to the product development team - Training and mentoring new sales representatives - Negotiating contracts and pricing with customers - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products - Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Deep understanding of the medical device market - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dermatologists, cosmetologists, plastic surgeons - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed - Strong organizational and time management skills - High level of professionalism and integrity - Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry - Experience with market research and analysis - Strong presentation skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Passion for healthcare and aesthetics to improving patient outcomes Additional requirements for this role include: - Ability to drive within the Territory daily - Ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows, trainings, and other events - Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed S" thetx is an equal opportunity employer.
