Role Overview: As a Medical Device Sales Specialist, you will actively promote and sell innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and dental community to enhance the brand's presence. Key Responsibilities: - Promoting & Selling Medical Devices: Actively promote and sell the company's medical devices to dentists, orthodontists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. - Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and dental community. - Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals in your assigned territory. - Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine offerings. - Conducting Product Demonstrations & Training: Organize engaging product demos and training sessions for healthcare providers to ensure proper usage and highlight benefits. - Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales, client interactions, and market insights, and submit timely and accurate reports. - Providing Customer Support: Offer exceptional after-sales service by resolving client issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. - Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented. - Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and surrounding regions.,
