Job Summary: We are seeking proactive Inside Sales Representatives who embody a growth catalyst mindset, dedicated to aggressively expanding our sales pipeline in the US or India varied sectors. This role is crucial for CBC's rapid expansion, demanding a drive to discover new leads and transform cold leads into qualified prospects by leveraging data-driven strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Data-Driven Pipeline Development: Strategically analyze assigned relevant Mfg, retail, hi-tech, CPG, BFSImarkets (US or India) and leverage advanced sales engagement platforms to unearth high-potential prospects, fostering a robust and data-enriched sales pipeline. This aligns with turning data into actionable knowledge and maximizing data potential.
- Outcome-Oriented Engagement & Automation: Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns through calls and emails, transforming initial contacts into qualified demonstration opportunities with high conversion rates. This involves leveraging automation solutions for efficient outreach.
- Solutions-Oriented Consulting: Engage manufacturing prospects to rapidly identify their operational challenges and expertly articulate how CBC's transformative AI solutions drive digital transformation by optimizing their production, supply chain, and overall business efficiency.
- Strategic Optimization & Data Analysis: Develop compelling, conversion-focused communication strategies. Contribute significantly to refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for specific manufacturing segments and optimizing the comprehensive conversion playbook, guided by data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration for Client Success: Collaborate seamlessly with our technical team and sales management, ensuring a streamlined and collaborative client journey from qualified lead to loyal CBC client. This reflects the principle of better cross-department alignment.
- Adherence to Methodologies for Collaborative Success: Strictly adhere to established sales methodologies, rigorously qualifying deals and reporting for collaborative working to ensure consistent and measurable success, fostering a 'single source of truth' for pipeline visibility.
Who You Are:
- Proven Sales Acumen & Industry Expertise: 4-8 years of demonstrated, high-impact outbound inside sales experience, with a strong record of achievement in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B software sectors across US or Indian markets, showcasing an ability to drive business transformation.
- Regional Market Insight: Possess a keen understanding of the US or Indian industry landscape and cultural nuances, enabling personalized digital experiences and tailored approaches.
- Operational Flexibility for Global Engagement: For US market focus, you're comfortable and eager to align with US business hours (evening/night shifts in India) to effectively connect with our target audience, ensuring optimized resource allocation and client engagement.
- Proficiency in Digital Tools & Effective Communication: Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms, leveraging these for efficient organization and analysis. Possess sharp, articulate, and impactful communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating active listening for deeper engagement and data-driven insights.
