Project Role Description :
Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with a predefined target list of client and potential client decision makers, utilizing a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Your typical day will involve originating new opportunities, advancing qualified leads through the sales cycle, and assisting customers in onboarding and expanding their usage of products, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management to inform decision-making.

  • Academic Alliance, Strategic Partnership Development, Business Development & Growth Strategy, Stakeholder & Relationship Management, Negotiation & Deal Closure, Market & Competitor Analysis

  • CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), Experience in EdTech Alliances, Team Leadership & Coordination, Event Participation & Industry Networking
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to effectively convert leads into sales.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
