Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule client meetings and product demos in coordination with the sales team.
Prepare customized sales proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Manage client follow-ups and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Coordinate effectively between sales and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Maintain accurate records of customer data, lead status, and sales activities.
Generate and update sales performance reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or client support, preferably in the IT sector.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
