About the Role

IT - Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

Prospect new business via networking, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Build strong relationships with clients across industries
Understand client needs and recommend IT solutions (infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS)
Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals that win deals
Work with technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Negotiate deals and close contracts
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Stay current on tech trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

2+ years in IT sales or tech solution sales/ any relevant sales
Strong knowledge of IT products (cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, hardware)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Self-starter with a growth mindset
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
