Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Representative will engage with potential clients, generate leads, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include building strong client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and driving sales growth efforts through effective communication and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
