Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales. This is a voice-based sales role with no field work involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from provided databases or lists.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products or services.

• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.

• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Provide accurate information to customers and handle queries effectively.

• Work closely with the sales team to share feedback and improve scripts and pitches. Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English.

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Salary: 20k - 25k in hand

Incentives: Based on Performance

Working Days: 6 days (2nd Saturday & 4th Saturday will off)

Timings: General Shift (9 AM to 6 PM)
