Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
o Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels,
including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
o Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and
recommend suitable solutions.
Sales Cycle Management:
o Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and
efficient process.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Product Knowledge:
o Develop a deep understanding of our network security and data centre product
offerings, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and
customer service.
o Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process
and beyond.
Sales Reporting:
o Accurately track sales activities and performance metrics.
o Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or IT industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
A passion for technology and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
