Position Overview: Inside Sales Executive

We’re seeking fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales, education, and career guidance. In this role, you’ll engage with prospective learners, understand their professional goals, and recommend the right upskilling programs to support their career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential learners through calls and digital channels to understand their career objectives.
  • Recommend suitable online programs that align with their goals.
  • Drive enrollments and meet weekly/monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Build strong relationships with learners through trust and guidance.

Who Can Apply:

  • Freshers excited to start a career in Inside Sales / EdTech.
  • Professionals (0–3 years) with experience in B2C sales, counseling, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping learners succeed.
  • Willing to work on-site from our Navi Mumbai office.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in EdTech, telesales, or academic counseling is an added advantage.
