Job Position : Inside Sales Manager:



We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Manager to join our B2B brand’s growth journey. The role involves proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and collaborating closely with the Sales team to accelerate business development. This position demands strong communication, analytical skills, and a clear understanding of the B2B ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to introduce and promote company services.
  2. Research and qualify high-potential leads through digital platforms, databases, and business directories.
  3. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth coordination and lead progression.
  4. Stay informed about service offerings and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
  5. Identify client pain points and recommend suitable services to meet their business needs.
  6. Explain features and benefits of services through structured communication, presentations, and demos.
  7. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  8. Manage the sales pipeline and track conversions using CRM and reporting tools.
  9. Conduct market research to evaluate competition, market dynamics, and sales opportunities.
  10. Support business growth through client engagement initiatives and lead nurturing strategies.
  11.  Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  12. Prepare and maintain detailed performance reports—daily, weekly, and monthly.
  13. Exhibit excellent presentation and sales pitching abilities to drive client acquisition.
  14. Demonstrate eagerness to grow within the organization and take on future leadership responsibilities.


Key Skills & Requirements:


  1. Strong experience in Cold Calling, Client Prospecting, and Lead Qualification.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to study market trends and derive actionable insights.
  6. Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation.
