We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to connect with educational institutions, coaching classes, and corporate training centers. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations (virtual/phone), and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline to closure.Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients including schools, colleges, universities, and coaching classes. Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, webinars, and social media engagement. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects in the CRM.

· Client Engagement & Product Demonstrations: Explain and promote NEOD’s product portfolio, including Interactive Flat Panels & Smart Classroom Setups, YouTube Studios & Lecture Recording Solutions, ICT & Language Labs, Digital eLibraries, Robotics, Coding & AI Kits and Labs. Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to decision-makers. Customize sales pitches based on client needs.

· Sales Process Management: Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until conversion. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements. Coordinate with the field sales team for on-site demonstrations and installation scheduling.

· Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns targeting the education sector. Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain records in CRM.Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Technology, or related field (preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales, or business development, preferably in EdTech, ICT solutions, or hardware sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of EdTech products and digital learning tools is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Soft Skills: Strong verbal & written communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus). Persuasive, customer-oriented, and target-driven. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Good organizational skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
