Kar Parivartan is a service based organization dedicated to driving sustainable business practices through waste compliance management, like EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) , waste management and environmental solutions. We work with corporates, Brand owners & Producers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of EPR compliance management and facilitate impactful sustainability-driven outcomes.


Base Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram


Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive who will play a vital role in lead generation, customer acquisition, Cross Sell & Up Selling. The role involves tele calling, prospect engagement, explaining solutions/services, nurturing leads, and closing opportunities through alignment with the internal team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new client acquisitions through prospecting, cold calling, and database outreach.
  • Manage inbound inquiries, provide product/service information, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
  • Ability to present Kar Parivartan Solutions & Services to the client.
  • Identify client needs, handle queries , and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Update CRM/lead management system with call records, leads status, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to align on campaigns, offers, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets on lead conversion, revenue, and upselling.
  • Provide client feedback and market insights to improve sales strategy.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with confidence and professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of sales pipeline, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, or other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, lead generation, or tele sales
  • Fresher candidates with strong communication and willingness to learn may also be considered.
  • Experience in B2B sales, EPR services, waste management, or service industry is a plus.
