Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & Outbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Call prospective students and explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes. Understand the learner’s background, goals, and suggest the right program. Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets. Maintain lead and follow-up data in CRM tools. Coordinate with the marketing and placement team for smooth student onboarding. Build trust and long-term relationships with learners.
