The Role

Inside Sales Associate

You’ll be speaking directly with HR leaders, recruitment managers, and business decision-makers — presenting tailored solutions that address their hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting

  : Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

• Client Engagement

  : Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to showcase HuntJobs.ai’s platform and solutions.

• Sales Pipeline Management

  : Effectively manage a sales pipeline using tools like 

  Freshworks CRM

   (or similar systems) to track activity, forecast revenue, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Closing Deals

  : Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close contracts with SME and enterprise-level clients.

• Account Management

  : Develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage renewals, upsells, and referrals.

• Market Insights

  : Stay current with industry trends in recruitment and SaaS technology to position HuntJobs.ai as a thought leader in the market.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with our marketing and product teams to feed back client insights and refine our go-to-market strategy.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is results-driven, ambitious, and thrives on building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business benefits.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 

  3+ years’ proven sales experience

   in either 

  recruitment

   or 

  SaaS software

   sales.
• Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems — ideally 

  Freshworks

  , Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities effectively.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• An existing 

  portfolio of clients or active network

   within recruitment/HR or SaaS markets.
• Experience selling into enterprise-level organizations.
• Knowledge of recruitment technology, ATS systems, or HRTech solutions.
