What You’ll Do

Make 80–100 outbound cold calls daily to prospects in Kolkata and North 24 Parganas
Qualify leads, pitch services, and schedule appointments for senior executives
Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM after every call
Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates

Who You Are

Entry-level (0–2 years) with any telecalling or sales experience
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive phone manner
Resilient attitude: handle objections and rejection professionally
Quick learner with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
