Job Description

Job role - IT Manager

Location - HSR, Bangalore

Work mode & Days - Work from office & 6days

Interview Mode - Face to Face only (No Virtual Interviews we conduct)



Key Responsibilities


1. IT Infrastructure & Operations


  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple coworking sites, including:
  • Network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Servers, firewalls, switches, routers
  • CCTV, access control, biometric systems
  • End-user computing (laptops, desktops, printers)
  • Ensure high availability, uptime, and performance of IT systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot incidents, ensuring quick resolution as per SLA.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure IT security compliance, data protection, and access controls.


2. IT Projects & Implementations


  • Lead IT projects such as:
  • New site IT setup & handover
  • Office expansions and migrations
  • Network upgrades and system enhancements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
  • Create project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure on-time and cost-effective project delivery.


3. IT Sales & Client Support


  • Support the sales and business development team with:
  • IT solution design for clients
  • Technical proposals and BOQs
  • Costing and feasibility analysis
  • Act as a technical SPOC for enterprise client requirements.
  • Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding of clients.
  • Ensure SLA-driven IT service delivery to clients.


4. IT Procurement & Vendor Management


  • Lead IT procurement activities including:
  • Hardware, software, licenses, and networking equipment
  • Manage vendor negotiations, pricing, and contracts.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and performance.


5. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the IT support and operations team.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure skill development.
  • Manage shift planning and on-site support across locations.


6. Compliance, Documentation & Reporting


  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and asset registers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and industry best practices.
  • Prepare MIS reports on IT performance, incidents, and costs.
  • Support internal and external audits when required.
