About the Role:

Though this is a 3-month consulting position, it requires a full-time work-from-office commitment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Artist Scouting & Shortlisting

• Identify and evaluate relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on brief, audience fit, performance data, and brand values

• Build talent pools for varied categories — beauty, lifestyle, fitness, tech, culture

• Maintain updated creator database with metrics, rate cards, and past performance


2. Content Strategy & Review

• Collaborate with creators and internal teams to plan content in sync with brand tone, product messaging, and campaign goals

• Review scripts, storyboards, and final content to ensure alignment with brief and compliance standards

• Provide actionable feedback to creators with quick turnarounds


3. Partner & Platform Coordination

• Act as the point of contact for influencer platforms, talent agencies, and execution partners

• Coordinate creator briefings, contracts, timelines, and deliverable tracking

• Ensure alignment across all stakeholders for smooth campaign execution


4. Client Servicing

• Own client communication for your campaigns — from brief understanding to reporting

• Prepare and deliver updates, reports, and campaign performance analysis

• Proactively flag risks or delays, and offer solutions to keep campaign on track


5. Campaign Operations & Execution

• Create and maintain trackers for campaign schedules, deliverables, and approvals

• Ensure timely delivery of content, feedback, go-live, and reporting

• Manage backend tasks including link tracking, story screenshots, invoice logs, etc.


6. Legal & Financial Paperwork

• Coordinate influencer contracts, NDAs, and release forms

• Ensure timely invoice generation, payment processing, and documentation for all partners

• Liaise with legal/finance teams for approvals and compliance checks


Ideal Candidate:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital content agencies

• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Meticulous with operations, timelines, and documentation

• Familiarity with content formats, platform trends, and brand safety norms

• Prior experience in working with external partners and clients is a must
