As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Crescent Group, you will play a crucial role in leading influencer-driven campaigns for multiple brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from strategy development to execution, tracking, and reporting - Leveraging your existing relationships with creators and talent managers to deliver campaigns across various creator categories - Designing campaigns tailored to different budget sizes and geographies - Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure influencer activations align with brand objectives - Working with influencer and talent agencies to maximize reach and ROI - Monitoring campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and generating detailed reports - Maintaining and expanding Crescent Group's influencer database with updated contacts, pricing, and performance metrics - Staying updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and emerging talent To qualify for this role, you will need: - 3-5 years of agency experience in influencer marketing - A strong influencer network across categories and geographies - Proven experience in managing campaigns across various influencer levels - Experience working with influencer marketing agencies and talent management firms - The ability to handle diverse budgets and campaign scales - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Excellent project management and multitasking abilities - Familiarity with influencer platforms, campaign tracking tools, and ROI measurement - A passion for digital culture, content trends, and creator-led storytelling,
