Conduct detailed assessments of enterprise systems including Admissions, LMS, HR, Exam, and Finance. Organize and lead stakeholder workshops to capture business and technical requirements. Develop comprehensive BI documentation and deliverables including: Requirements Catalogue Gap Analysis Report BI Governance Framework High-Level BI Architecture Blueprint (Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers, 360° data view) Phased BI Implementation Roadmap Ensure alignment with data governance, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborate with Business Analysts during Discovery to define scope and validate requirements. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Post-Discovery: Build and lead a BI team of data engineers, analysts, and visualization experts. Implement BI best practices, governance, and performance standards. Required Skills & Experience 8–12 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics . Demonstrated experience owning BI strategy and leading BI delivery teams . Strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Data Lake, Synapse/Databricks, Data Factory, Purview). Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, and governance). Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (GDPR/FERPA preferred). Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to education or similar enterprise domains is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems (Master’s preferred).
