Collaborate on GTM strategies, marketing campaigns, and client-focused messaging.

Business Development

Generate, nurture, and convert leads from your BFSI network into long-term client relationships.
Achieve individual revenue targets ($1M annually) with a focus on high-value deals ($50K+).
Act as a thought leader, representing our BFSI practice at key forums and with industry partners.

Build for the Future

Lay the foundation for scaling the team as the practice grows.
Partner with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to craft winning proposals and solutions.
Contribute to strategic partnerships and alliances in the Salesforce and BFSI ecosystems.

What Were Looking For:

Experience

12-18 years of overall experience with 10+ years in B2B sales in Financial Services/Banking.
Strong background in Salesforce solutions (esp. Financial Services Cloud, nCino, or Vlocity).
Prior success in opening and closing new BFSI logos in the US market.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and build business units or practices from scratch.

Skills

Deep understanding of BFSI challenges, trends, and buyer personas.
High EQ with exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Prior experience in launching or scaling verticals or business units.
Team management experience (or aspirations to grow into a leadership role).
Industry certifications (Salesforce, CFA, FRM, etc.).
