Job Description

Offline Sales BDM

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit colleges regularly to build brand presence and engage with students
  • Promote educational programs directly to students through personal interaction
  • Liaise with student groups, clubs, and influencers to expand reach and visibility
  • Collect leads through offline channels and collaborate with campus ambassadors
  • Execute offline campaigns and contribute to the strategy for regional outreach
  • Analyze market feedback and provide insights to improve campaigns and sales outcomes
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in offline sales, ideally within the education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different campus environments
