Role and Profile: ASM /RSM Lubricant Sales

Domain: B2B and Retail Sales

Exp 10-20 Years

Location: PAN India

Role Objective:

Job Role and Key Deliverable:

1.

hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

primary and secondary sales targets for the given territories.

secondary network under each distributor

Implementation of company marketing programs and monitoring for successful completion followed by ROI

plan Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan

7. Mentoring and motivating the team to achieve the business goals.

Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis.

Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the related business (Major auto market, OEMs, upcoming distributor, new co entering into market etc).

relationships with key clients.

effective database and tracking system of prospect clients.

reporting system as per the organizations standard.

to approved policies and procedures related to the profile.

14. Keeping the reporting manager updated regarding any market changes and forthcoming opportunities or threats and tracking competitor’s activity.

15. Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or reporting manager from time to time.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably have an MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • Able to work under stringent targets both in terms of time and volume.
  • Ability to deal with rejection and market complaints.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the market/clients of designated area
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to motivate the team to achieve the assigned business targets.
  • Demonstrated team spirit, accurate reporting and integrity.
