Your Role

You’ll lead XTOVIA’s influencer marketing and creator partnerships from strategy to execution.

This is a role for someone who knows how to turn creators into storytellers and campaigns into measurable brand impact. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, community, and growth, shaping how XTOVIA is seen, felt, and shared online.


What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers (macro, micro, and nano) who align with XTOVIA’s voice and target audience.
  • Create and own the

    influencer strategy

    for product launches, brand moments, and always-on storytelling.
  • Develop influencer briefs, ensure content quality, and track performance against metrics (reach, engagement, ROI).
  • Collaborate with

    influencer agencies and talent partners

    to scale campaigns and negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables and campaign reporting.
  • Oversee

    campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics

    , with a strong handle on numbers - ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage

    budgets, timelines, and performance dashboards

    , ensuring smooth execution from ideation to reporting.
  • Stay ahead of social and beauty trends to find culturally relevant, high-impact collaboration ideas.


What You'll Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator strategy (D2C / beauty/lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong network or working knowledge of influencers across beauty, skincare, or lifestyle categories.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns from outreach, negotiation, briefing, and reporting.
  • Data-driven mindset, being comfortable analysing campaign ROI and content quality & performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • A creative eye for brand storytelling and digital culture.
