🔹 Position: Business Operations & Market Analyst
🔹 Location: Surat (Corporate Office)
🔹 Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers with a strong interest in markets welcome)
🔹 Education: Any graduate/postgraduate with excellent communication and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:• Import-Export Operations: Manage and coordinate international import-export documentation, customs clearance, logistics, and cross-border shipments. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining compliance with international regulations.
• Market Research & Analysis: Analyze global stock markets, commodity trends, forex movements, and other relevant market data. Provide insightful reports to assist the management in making informed business decisions.
• UAE Free Zone Operations: Support the operations related to UAE Free Zones such as Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, and Sharjah. Develop and maintain strong relationships with official channel partners to facilitate business growth and ensure smooth coordination with regulatory bodies.
• Business Development: Assist in developing new strategies and forging relationships with international partners to drive business opportunities. Be part of the strategy discussions for expansion into international markets.
• Customer Coordination & Support: Engage with international clients, answer queries related to export-import processes, and help maintain exceptional customer relationships.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all international transactions comply with legal and financial standards. Maintain proper documentation and assist in the audit process when necessary.
Skills & Qualities We Value:• Strong desire to work in the global financial markets and import-export industry
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to financial analysis, trade documentation, and market trends
• Strong command of English (written and spoken), Hindi, and Gujarati will be an added advantage
• A basic understanding of stock markets, forex, or commodities will be beneficial, but not essential
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Keen interest in developing a long-term career in the field of international business, trade, and finance
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for negotiation and relationship-building
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of digital tools and platforms related to trade and market research (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
