We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad to drive our field sales efforts within the pharmaceutical industry . This hybrid role involves regular client visits to pharmaceutical companies in Maharashtra and Gujarat to promote our packaging products such as Dry Syrup Bottles and Tablet Containers with CT & CR Caps . Your role will be to generate new leads , build relationships with pharmaceutical clients who require high-quality packaging solutions in bulk quantity. You will report remotely to our head office in Haridwar Uttarakhand and will need to travel to the HQ 1-2 times per month for strategic updates and meetings. You will also be required to submit daily and weekly reports of your sales activities and progress. Role & responsibilities Meet pharma companies regularly to promote and sell our packaging products Generate new leads and convert them into sales orders Maintain and strengthen client relationships Coordinate with HQ in Haridwar and attend meetings 1-2 times a month Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in pharmaceutical industries. Strong understanding of pharma regulations and packaging needs. Excellent communication skills in English; local language knowledge is a plus. Willingness to travel within Maharashtra, Gujarat and occasionally to Haridwar HQ. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Compensation Fixed salary with performance-based incentives for acquiring clients and generating orders.
