About the Role – Accountant (Correspondence and Factory Supervision) Babji Inframet India Pvt. Babji Inframet India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and professional Import–Export Assistant to research, contact, and coordinate with international importers and exporters of metal scrap. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and evaluate reliable metal scrap suppliers from international markets 2. Communicate with foreign exporters/importers via email, WhatsApp, and phone 3. Request quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate basic terms 4. Maintain supplier databases, pricing sheets, and sourcing records 5. Assist with import documentation (PI, BL, COO, packing list, etc.) 6. Follow up on shipments, samples, and contract agreements 7. Prepare weekly sourcing updates for management Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Import/Export or International Sourcing (mandatory) 2. Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) 3. Good online research ability to find new suppliers and markets 4. Knowledge of import procedures & documentation 5.
