Implementation Consultant

What's the opportunity?

As a member of the Adoption organization, the Implementation Consultant will ensure the smooth enabling and adoption of product features for Zenoti's customers within our platform. You will be using your technical skills, in-depth knowledge of Zenoti's product to analyze and map the customers' business requirements to enhance and/or implement product features configurations within their Zenoti application in support of their business processes. You will work with customers to support validation of the solution and share best practice guides and starter kits for a successful adoption. What will I be doing?

• Consult, solution and configure Zenoti to meet customer's business processes
• Solution, design and setup proof of concepts and configure functionality for our existing customers ensuring successful adoption of new and existing product features.
• Identify any risks based on current product capabilities, and define and drive mitigation plans as part of customer engagement.
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales and delivery process and market dynamics.
• Maintain complete documentation and follow organizational processes to ensure the successful adoption of Zenoti products.
• Ensure the adherence to SLAs, and key metrics according to the organization's goals and objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to meet customer needs and requirements, while managing customer expectations.

What skills do I need?

• 4-8 years experience in implementing enterprise SaaS software systems
• Proven business solution consulting experience or equivalent in an external customer facing role.
• Deep knowledge of advanced features in MS Excel working with large and complex data sets; working knowledge of database systems a plus
• Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs and related business intelligence reports and visualizations, and working with development teams to build them.
• Ability to communicate in business terms with non-technical customer stakeholders, and translate their requirements into business solutions. .
• A technology-centric background with experience in business and system analysis.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects
• Good to have knowledge of Web Design using HTML, JavaScript
• Good to have working knowledge of iOS and Android applications.
• Good to have knowledge of accounting software and ecommerce integrations
