Role Overview

Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closing positions.
  • Design and deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new hires


  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Develop and execute engagement programs to enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Organize team events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.


  • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Draft, implement, and update

    HR policies & SOPs

    in line with best practices and labor laws.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.) and manage audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.


  • Performance Management

  • Support appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and continuous feedback processes.
  • Provide inputs on career development and training needs.


  • HR Strategy & Advisory

  • Partner with leadership to design workforce planning, employee development, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience

    (preferably in startups, D2C, or consumer brands).
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in

    employee engagement and culture initiatives

    .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
