Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Department: Quality Control Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Reporting To: Marketing Head Responsibilities Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct physical, chemical, and mechanical testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished steel products. Review specifications, blueprints, and production schedules to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Maintain and calibrate inspection tools, gauges, and testing equipment. Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA). Prepare and maintain quality reports, test records, and documentation. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams for quality improvement initiatives. Support internal and external audits (ISO, BIS, etc.).
