Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the steel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of steel products and the industrial supply chain. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the steel and allied sectors. Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions and product recommendations. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM systems. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote brand and products. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 0-5 years of sales experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of steel products (e.g., TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, etc.). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively as required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with supply chain operations and customer buying cycles in the steel industry. Technical understanding of product specifications and industrial applications. Local market knowledge and existing client network is an added advantage.
