What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end

    recruitment & staffing

    processes
  • Post jobs on

    LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals

  • Assist in

    onboarding

    and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR records and support

    payroll & compliance

  • Ensure adherence to

    labour laws

    (PF, ESI, Gratuity)
  • Prepare reports and presentations using

    MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of

    basic labour laws

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office tools

  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to connect with employees across levels
