Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with the company's overall business goals. You will be responsible for promoting positive employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, you will lead the recruitment and selection process, support talent development, engagement, and retention strategies, and oversee and continuously improve HR systems, policies, and procedures. Your role will also involve fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, administering a performance management system that encourages high performance, and providing data-driven HR insights and decision support to leadership. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an HR Specialist or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in HR software and databases. A strategic mindset with leadership capabilities, excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices are also required. You should be able to handle confidential information with integrity. A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is mandatory for this position.,
