Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end recruitment and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation for new hires.
Assist in training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation compliance.
Support payroll by preparing monthly attendance and leave records.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Facilitate performance appraisal and salary review processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace health, and safety regulations.
Develop and update HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Conduct workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations as required.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
3–4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
