As a part of the PracticeSuite team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional HR services to our employees. Your primary responsibility will involve accurately maintaining detailed and organized master data containing internal company information. This will require you to conduct periodic audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Additionally, you will work with various workforce analytics systems for productivity management, such as EMP Monitor and Activtrack. Collaboration with the HR Manager is essential as you will assist in designing and implementing studies, analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on the results. You will also support HR and Legal projects by offering relevant data and analysis, generating reports, and ensuring the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance. Your knowledge of pre-hire, hire, and transfer processes will enable you to process and assist with any related inquiries from different business areas. Furthermore, you will be responsible for completing specific verifications for employee productivity management, implementing corrective actions, improving compliance, and conducting interview debriefs to drive hiring decisions. Your ability to ask insightful questions that provide candidates with a positive experience while keeping them engaged will be crucial in ensuring successful recruitment. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, a successful track record of hiring top talent, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS function. A solid understanding of HR operations, processes, and data, along with the ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently, is essential. Knowledge of applicable employment-related laws and regulations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to handle highly confidential information are also key qualifications required for this position.
