Human Resources Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at ITA People. It is essential to be familiar with HR policies and procedures, as well as have experience in managing employee benefits and personnel management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are crucial, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in HR systems and software, along with an understanding of labor laws and regulations, will be beneficial. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This role is based at ITA People, located at 1/265 Pratap Nagar, Udaipur.
