We are expanding our HR team and looking for a passionate HR Recruiter who can bring the best talent into our IT teams while also driving paid training enrollments for fresh graduates.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers.
• Source candidates actively for roles like iOS Developer, PHP Developer, Front-End Developer, Flutter Developer, BDE, BDM, SEO, Content Writer, UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, etc.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent quickly.

Training Program Enrollments

• Promote and drive enrollments for iApp’s Paid IT Training Programs (Freshers – IT Graduates).
• Counsel and guide candidates about career opportunities through training.
• Convert interested candidates into confirmed enrollments.

HR Operations & Onboarding

• Assist in onboarding new hires with documentation, induction, and cultural orientation.
• Maintain candidate & employee records in HRMS/ERP.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 6 Months–2 years of HR/Recruitment experience (IT industry preferred, freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
• MBA in HR/Business (preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and a passion for recruitment.
