Job Description: About the Role We’re seeking a Product Delivery Manager with a strong technical background , hands-on experience in mobile and web development , and a deep understanding of software architecture, development life cycles , and Agile/Waterfall methodologies . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can seamlessly collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Technical Project Ownership Drive the full lifecycle of software product delivery from planning to release Ensure technical feasibility, scalability , and engineering best practices across all stages Technical Leadership & Understanding Work hands-on with mobile and web development teams to assess architecture and code quality Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps to optimize system designs and deployment pipelines Facilitate and participate in code reviews , ensuring consistent high standards across iOS, Android, and web platforms Guide teams on performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices Agile & Waterfall Methodologies Lead projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall frameworks as per business requirements Manage sprints, daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and project milestones Roadmap Planning & Execution Define, maintain, and execute on delivery roadmaps for mobile and web applications Align project goals with product strategy and customer needs, adjusting timelines and priorities as necessary Communication & Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, QA , and design teams Translate technical requirements into clear deliverables and timelines, and vice versa for non-technical stakeholders Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve project risks and delivery blockers Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans effectively Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in software development and/or technical project management Proven hands-on experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and web development technologies Solid understanding of software architecture , REST APIs , cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines Comfortable working with programming languages like JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java , or equivalent Experienced with project tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Git, Jenkins, MS Project Excellent understanding of SDLC , version control systems, testing strategies, and release management Strong leadership, time management, and stakeholder communication skills Show more Show less
