As a Recruiting Coordinator, your role will involve managing full-cycle recruiting operations, from talent sourcing to coordinating interviews. You will collaborate with department managers to anticipate future hiring needs and employ diverse recruitment sources such as social media networks and employee referrals. Your responsibilities will also include handling administrative tasks for the HR department, maintaining applicant records in the database, and supporting the hiring process by posting jobs and scheduling candidate interviews. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding process and perform clerical tasks as required.
