Overview: We’re seeking a versatile HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance — and help shape FFDMI’s company culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments. Draft offer letters, maintain attendance & leave records. Coordinate payroll and ensure labour law compliance. Design performance evaluation systems (KPI/KRA). Plan employee engagement and retention initiatives. Performance Management: Establishes performance appraisal processes, provides training to managers on giving feedback, and implements systems for performance improvement. Develop and implement HR policies and company handbook. Employee orientation Training & Development: Identifies and develops talent, offers training programs, and creates opportunities for career growth and professional development. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s / MBA in HR or Business Administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of payroll systems and HRMS tools. Prior experience in digital / IT / service-based companies preferred.
