Manage onboarding, training, and development . Handle attendance, payroll , and HR queries. Promote a positive and compliant workplace . Develop and implement HR policies . Drive performance management and reviews. Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire). Maintain accurate employee records . Plan engagement activities to boost satisfaction. Ensure compliance with labour laws and policies. Requirements Proven experience as an HR Generalist . Strong grasp of HR policies and labour laws . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
