Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • HR operations using Mahindra HR software
  • Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Employee engagement & event coordination
  • Policy communication & implementation
  • Documentation & training coordination


Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong understanding of HR operations in the automobile/dealership sector
  • Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in HRMS / Mahindra HR software
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability and team-handling capability
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


Qualification:


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a similar industry (Automobile/Retail/Dealership)
